Hie, how can we make custom Balloon tips ( or popups.. watevr dey r called) for Windows XP ??? I wanted it to personalise my Pc. :) ~~Psychedelic~~

Does it have to be exactly in the style of Windows, or are you looking for just general custom pop-ups. It's possible to code them if you're a willing programmer, but I've never heard of such an application feature that allows you to create your own. I might be wrong though. Hi KirstyN, Thanx for your reply. It will be okie even if I can make normal custom pop-ups, if not exactly like Win XP ones. Though pop-ups like Win XP would always be better. :) I recently had a virus "Zlob" in my Pc. It gave me fake pop-ups like my Antivirus is expired, bla bla bla & used to provide links. I got this idea from it. I want to make custom pop-ups like asking people to do certain task. eg: Running a particular program before opening pendrives. I do it to avoid Autorun viruses.
