Making a domain user a local admin

CPU/Ram: 1 Ghz / 768 MG RAM

Can you make a domain user a local administrator without logging into the local machine?
Right now I am RDPing into the machine and adding the user, but it is tedious.
Can I do this through Computer Management or anything?

Computer Management
Groups
Administrators
Add the User
