Might be a good place to start.
Might download knoppix 5.1 and boot it live. Start knoppix terminal server and you have knoppix boot server setup. You can look at the config and see how it works if you want to modify it or use it.
You kind of have some other issues. You can't easily boot an entire iso into memdisk. Most use windows pe or a smaller intrid file. TFTP32 is pretty good but it still has limits.
I'd get a gpxe boot cd or floppy if you need access to almost any protocol. Might work better too. Easy doc's on site.

Now Vista and W7 are a different deal. MS offers all the tools you'd need to deploy a wim image pxe.
