This is going to sound pathetic, but I've forgotten how to do this... Here's the story: I got the blue screen of death after trying to download a song and now my Start toolbar is huge, as well as any window toolbars. How can I make them smaller?

OS: Microsoft Windows 98 You have to post in the Windows 95/98 forum.
If it is Win98, pretty simple (and a couple of ways) r-click on a blank part of the task bar, select 'properties', then look for 'show small icons in Start Menu'
... or else 'start' -> 'settings' -> 'taskbar & start menu' - - same thing
