OK so you know when you are setting up a user account in win xp and it asks you if you wanna encrypt files or make them private or w.e? Well I need to undo this. I tried right clicking on c:/documents and settings/(the user name) to see if it is chacked to be a private folder but it is not. It is not set to be encrypted either. And suggestions. Oh and P.S. I don't want to delete the account. Someone told me to save the files and just delete the acount and remake it but i don't want to do that.

When you password protect your User Account, Windows will ask if you want to also make your files and folders private.

You do not say that you created a password for your account.
