Make an All In One CD

I have seen a while back someone had a cd that could boot and then choose which os to install off that cd. How can I make one that would let me choose 2k, xp and nt and then 9xs on another?

A program called cdimage.exe is used.
It will make an ISO were it write's dupe files only once.
search google for "Michael K.H. Au-Yeung's"
Good tutorial!
