I am having a problem with Mail Merge. I know how to do a list and save the list to My Documents. No problem.

However, the problem I am having is saving the list to the Server in my office.

I attempted to do a list and save it to the server at the office so that all others could use the list, but when I attempted to open the list the computer could not decode the list and asked from where the list was generated. The list, came from microsoft word mail merge.

The list(s) are extremely long (some have a few hundred entries) so asking each employee to copy the list and save it to My Documents would be very time consuming.

How to I get the list to open correctly and not be simply small circles and squares????

I tried several options but the list refused to open properly.

Please help.......

Thanks

I am attempting to save the "recipient list" to the server.

When I save it to "my documents" there is no problem. The problem comes when I attempt to save it on the server.
