I have a USB dongle that lets me use a remote to push Page Up/Down on my computer. I can also move and click the mouse. It appears as a hub with a keyboard and mouse attached. Is there a way to rebind these keys, but only on the virtual keyboard provided by the infrared dongle? I would like to make them do something else.

Check the documentation that came with the device.

It wasn't designed to do that. It has no documentation. It works fine as it is. It comes with no software, and I am looking for software to do that.
