Comment:

When I go into Internet Explorer, or to do with the internet I always get a Machine Debug Manager Window, and if I click OK it all works fine.

Anybody got any ideas why?

Thanks

Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools > Internet Options.

Click The "Advanced" Tab.

The 4th Item in "Browsing" should say "Disable Script Debugging"

Check it and you are all set.

Sorry this did not work I still get it when I first open IE, it's a 6cm x 6cm box in the middle of the screen with the title Machine Debug Manager, with an ok button. Press the OK button and after a couple of mins my internet page displays

Goto Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services.

Scroll through them until you see one called MDM, right click on it and select properties, check that it's "Startup Type" is set to "Manual" apply and exit.

Apparently it's installed along with "PowerToys", uninstall PowerToys and see if that fixes it.

Actually, sigh, it is also installed by other programs.

Goto Start > Run, type:

MSCONFIG

and hit Enter. You should see an MDM or Machine Debug Manager entry, uncheck it, apply and exit.
