Ok this is the problem. Frequently my monitor goes dead as in no video is send to my monitor.People suggested me to get a monitor which supports higher refresh rate , i did and still the problem is there.
Then i used the Windowns 'Event Viewer" and under the SystemError i got this "DCOM" error and this same error comes when the monitor goes dead , i click on the link and it gave me some regkey . I used 'Regedit' to find that this value belongs to ""Machine Debug Manager""

Now i would like to delete the Key , but i am not as in what might happen i have no idea.
This is the msg i am pasting below. Please if anyone can help me !!!!

DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service MDM with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064}

Xc0oL: MDM (Machine Debug Manager service) manages local and remote debugging for Visual Studio debuggers.

some suggestions;

verify RPC service is on automatic.
verify Indexing service is disabled.

and Microsoft says this;

note also that installing SP2 will affect how DCOM functions, see:
