Whenever I am working on my PC, I get the error message "Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close", and then my pc restarts. I am operating Windows XP on an Emachines 533id. I have tried numerous antivirus programs, as well as Spyware removal programs. Would someone assist me with a remedy so that I can resolve this issue with my PC. Thank you in advance.
