Not familiar with Matt's suggestion but I had checked out the one Sabertooth has suggested and it does create a backup to allow you to return to the WinXP theme if needed.

Do keep in mind that what you are wanting to do is a drastic change to the very core of Windows. Make sure you backup before 'trying' something that intrusive.
