MAC address hexadecimal format

How do you change a MAC address in this format, 000BCD341704 to hexadecimal format?

000BCD341704 is hexadecimal format. You don't get letters in anything other than hexadecimal numbers.

You can use the Windows calculator to change it into decimal, binary or even octal format, for what purpose I have no idea.

It's already hexadecimal.

hexadecimal notation is 0-9, A-F.

A=10, B=11, C=12....F=15 (ie: 16 numbers in all)

So the range for a 12 digit number would be 000000000000 to FFFFFFFFFFFF
