I am having a problem when I turn on my laptop. There is am error message coming before the logon screen that says : lsass.exe - system error. When trying to update a password, this return status indicates that the value provided as the current password is not correct.
I don't think it is something wrong with entering the password. Could you tell me what it is? Thanks
My OS is Win XP. I have been to the Microsoft website but I can't get any solution from there. I'm being asked to call the manufacturer but it is closed at this time. And I really need the computer for tomorrow. I know one of you has the solution....please give it to me!!!!!!
