Product: Fujitsu siemens / Scaleo p

Comment:

I turn on my computer and after it shows the black screen with the Windows logo the screen goes black and there is a little window titled Isass.exe Bad Image that says The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system 32\DNSAP1.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check against your installation diskette.

I click okay and it's just a black screen and won't get to my desk top.

I have tried booting in safe, last known good config, etc etc and to top things off i dont have a recovery disc. I am running a fujitsu siemens Sacleo p with XP media edition 2005

would be grateful for any help thanks

Repair using cd.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

You might have to contact Fujitsu and try to obtain a recovery CD or floppy disk.

There should be a partition on the drive with the recovery image.

There is no recovery partition on a Scaleo P.

Gennersales might have one for Media centre.

I have xp home & pro recovery disks but not Media Centre

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

You will wait a long time for a response from Fujitsu Siemens. Go to the forum.

I work for Siemens & am happy to say that they are selling their 50% stake in FS.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
