Low disk space on drive d

OS: Windows XP Pro
CPU/Ram: 600 Mhz Pent. III
Comment:

I constantly get a "you are running out of disk space on drive d" message. This is a "system save" drive on my compaq 7598. There is plenty of room on drive c. Can I change the partition size? Also Office seems to be on both c and d drives. Please help!!!!
