You have to buy one. The discussion of pirated software is prohibited here.

If you have a legitimate product key, you can use anyone's CD to reinstall WinXP...just make sure to use your key.

IF IF IF you actually do have a legit license, a different CD can be used BUT it has to be one that's compatible with your product key. I really don't know how many "groups" of keys there are for Xtra Putrid, but here are a few differences:
An "OEM" "PRO" key will NOT work with
a "pro" "retail" cd
an "upgrade" cd
any "home" cd
In other words, you need a cd that "matches" the type of Windows you have now. If you have "home", then you need a "home" cd. If it was an "OEM" (probably) then you need an "OEM" cd.

If you have I386 folder on your PC, then copy the folder contents on a CD-ROM and use Windows XP boot diskettes to boot from. ( You have to download and create boot diskettes from MS download area first. )
After booting with the boot diskettes, choose CD-ROM support and go to I386 folder and run winnt.exe ( not winnt32.exe ).
Then use your Product Key to install Windows and activate. I think this is legitimate.
