I turned on my mom's computer and the "windows welcome screen" came up without her only user account, so we cannot login to her computer. We tried pressing the Ctrl>Alt>delete keys at the same time twice which brought up the user name and password box but she has never used a password. Hitting ok will not allow us to get into her computer. What can she do to get back inside so she can reestablish her user accounts? Please use simple language and not a lot of computer talk in your solution (if there is one) since we are beginners. Thanks for any help.

When she pressed the Ctrl>Alt>delete button simultaneously a box came up with her user account name already in it and a password space. Since she has never used a password to access her computer, she just hit 'ok'. A message came up stating that she needed to enter a password.
