I have forgotten my admin password for my windows xp pro computer. is there any way to logon or do I have to reinstall the whole operting system?

Wombat/Jennifer as much as we say that, people are never going to search.

I gave up telling people that.

"Cannot delete tmp150-3.tmp: There is not enough free disk space. Delete one or more files to free disk space, and then try again."

But if you google to hack your admin password, some people would love to make a fake file to fu*k up your system

While logged onto an account with admin privalages goto start run and type cmd
then type net user to see all the users on the computer, then type net user the name of the user and push enter
it will come up with please enter new password, Type in the new password and push enter be very careful what you type as it doesnt show up what you type.
eg "net user john" without the "
if the username is two words you have to put them in " "
eg net user "john smith"
