While logged onto an account with admin privalages goto start run and type cmd then type net user to see all the users on the computer, then type net user the name of the user and push enter it will come up with please enter new password, Type in the new password and push enter be very careful what you type as it doesnt show up what you type. eg "net user john" without the " if the username is two words you have to put them in " " eg net user "john smith"
