lost password, need to reformat

OS: win xp pro
CPU/Ram: p3/192

We lost the passowrd to one of our computers in the office, so I want to reformat and re-install win xp pro. I tried booting up from the xp cd (changing boot option in cmos) but it won't recognize the cd. what is the best way to reformat my hard drive so I can re-install windows? thanks

Boot with a 95 or 98 bootdisk and at the A: prompt, type in format C:
You can download a disk from bootdisk.com
