Do you have any anti-virus programs? I think the virus u have is W32.Yaha.E@mm. I am only sure that it is w32.Yaha@mm...i am not sure if it is yaha.e. go to symantec.com and go to the virus encyclopedia/ definitions. And check the virus name i gave u. download the tool and/or follow the instructions to remove it.

If you are the admin and have your computer 100% up to date then its simple what you have to do. goto --> Start -> Set program Access And Defaults, and begin unlocking everything. That was just the first thing that came to my mind, the second is that maybe the ACL's (Access Control List's) were changed by the "virus" so just go to the command promt and type in "cacls C: /P Owner:F" and then press enter, if that doesnt work then try typing "cacls" only and view the options. The third thing that came to my mind was very simple. hopefully you have cable connection AT LEAST, so just open Kazaa or download Kazaa (lite version recomended) and download Norton Antivirus 2003 (full version of course), then download its definitions and put it up to date, and then just make a full system scan.

If none of these work then the final solution is to throw your computer through the window, and then hit it many times with the baseball bat/ car and it wont ever bother you again ; )
