I have two routers set up, and when I am trying to ping one of them from another site, I am seeing Packet Loss of between 20 - 30%. I have tried pinging from a number of sites, and same problem.

Anybody have any ideas?

Having 2 routers set up doesn't mean squat.

You have really left out a lot of detail here my friend. How about a little more information on what you are doing.
