Specs: Windows xp

I am giving my old desktop PC to a friend, it is running windows xp but I am trying to get hold of the wireless drivers in order that I my friend can connect to the internet wireless. Does anyone have a link to a site where I can get these and how I would go about setting them up?

It rather depends upon the make and model of the wireless network card (or, at least, the chipset it uses) doesn't it. (Presumably it has a wireless network card? By no means all desktop computers do.)

The best place to find any drivers is normally the manufacturer's web site.

Make and mode of PC would be helpful...?

You most likely don't currently HAVE wireless capability with a desktop computer. You need a wireless network adapter card. The card will come with drivers. Be sure to get one that supports WinXP.

If you do have to get an add-in card try to get one with an antenna socket if possible. It can often be very useful for getting a good signal.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
