Hi,
I'm looking for a software that would allow me to schedule auto-dial to my ISP and also disconnect at a scheduled time. If possible it would also include the ability to start a program once the connection is established. I've been looking but only found some that do the job in a so so way. Thought I would ask if someone knew of a good software.
Usage: to be able to download during the night without having to be in front of the PC during that time and in the morning to disconnect.

Hi again,
Don't know if anyone read as far as the 3rd page nowaday but anyway. I found a way to do what I wanted and thought I would post, I didn't think it deserved another thread.
Using windows task scheduler it can be done easily with batch files.
One that connect contain: rasdial nameOfTheConnection UserName Password
In between run whatever you want to run as tasks.
Finally disconnect with another batch file that contain: rasdial NameOfTheConnection /disconnect
