Check out deltacopy maybe.


Filezilla might be used or any ftp even MS's might be used with batch or scripts with task scheduler.

"Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10

I hate to say "Google is your friend" but surely the poster could have done this for himself. He could have obtained the same information and more by doing just that!
