Longin problem

we have a computer when a user longin on it its taking 12 to 17 minutes to login a user and in processing giving blank display. please Help

You need to supply more info - like history of slowness (when did it start, is it getting worse) what hardware/software you had added/removed.

Most common causes of slowness are lack of RAM, too many programs starting with windows, poor drivers, malware, security suites (Norton & Mcafee particularly), corrupt hard drive - but 12-17 minute slowness suggests all of these and/or some system corruption. You may be better off paying a local technician to come & sort it (may need a reinstall of operating system or just a 'clean-up')
