logon screen after join domain

Are there anyway I can get back my fansy logon screen after I join the domain. Right now i am using a classical NT logon screen?

Sorry, Windows XP does not allow the use of the Welcome Screen for logging in when connected to a domain. Sick of Windows? Switch to something better.
