Whenever I log on to my computer I get a RUNDLL message that says:
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\bs2.dll The specified module could not be found.
Can anybody tell me how to stop this message from coming up. Thanks.

This is adware, and maybe worse. Do a google search for bs2.dll and you will find more info than you ever wanted to know including removal instructions.
Also run AdAware and Spybot and delete anything suspicious including anything having to do with this dll.
If you actually cannot completly boot up, look at the sites google finds for removal from safe mode or even the command prompt.
