Have two PCs. One of them shows nothing during booting and goes straight to the Desktop. The Shutdown gives me the three Bottons: " Standby - Turn Off - Restart. The other one gives me a Username Screen with a Password Option (No Password, just click OK) and the Shudown Screen gives me the ME Type Style where I have to scroll down to select one of the three Options. Would like to change the PC2 to the PC1 Settings. How do I do it? Thanks.

On the control panel on pc2, click user accounts icon, anc click change they way users log on and off, select use the welcome screen. This shoul cahnge the shut down box. If the account dose not have a password, it should now start up to the desk top, if there is a password remove it and retry. If this still dose not work download tweakUI XP from microsoft and set the Aut Log on on the log on option. Hope this helps.
