Okey I just built a new pc and it was running great. I did my windows updates and all was good. Then I updated to SP3. After Xp SP3 got installed it asked to restart. I said yes. Now when the computer goes to boot it gets to the LOGO screen and then restarts and goes back to the LOGO screen. I press delete to go to the bios and it does nothing, I press f12 and it does nothing. It just keeps restarting. All this after installing SP3.

Nitto414, suspect your problem lies with SP3. M$ is known for resetting things like security levels with new goodies. Take a look at your settings and make sure you don't have a 'new & improved' version. Maybe restore to a time before SP3? HTH. Ed in Texas.
