hey all,
i just restarted my computer just now and a dialog box showed up and it says:
"you login will expire in 14 days. do u want to change it now? yes ? now?"
What screen are you talking about? Are you talking about the log on screen? Not sure where you are?
Laters,

If you are refering to the login screen for XP and you login with a password, you probably have that account set to expire passwords and force the user to change it after a certain amount of days. Check in the user profiles.

start/run type in 'gpedit.msc' without the quotes.
In left hand windows negotiate down the following tree
windows settings/securit settings/account policies/password policy
Click on password policy
In right hand screen you now have a list of settings
Maximum password age is probably set to 45 days If you dont want it to expire, set it to 0 (double click it)
