Everytime I log in I get a pop up error that reads this....
On Click, Line1:unexpected symbol near '>'
I just hit OK and all is fine. What is it and how do I correct it?

(edit) A System Restore might be called for.
The most likely cause is a problem with a new program that you just installed.
Otherwise you can do the following to try and isolate which program is at fault: Go to Start > Run, type msconfig and click OK. Open the 'Startup' tab where you will find a list of programs that automatically startup when you boot your system. You can disable each one from starting by deselecting them. So you can try deselecting them 'one at a time' or in groups to find out if one is at fault. They can all be disabled without causing a problem with the Operating System. But stay offline is you deselect your anti-virus or firewall program.
(edit) I've seen some indications that this is malware. If you don't have any luck fixing the problem, try the 'Security and Virus' forum.
