heres the deal..my moms lives in mo..and i live in iowa..sha always calls me up to fix her computer and trys to explain it on the phone..but sometimes thats pretty difficult..is there a program or some kimd of software that will alow me to go online and tap into her computer to fix things myself..or is that illegal or impossable??
