Comment:

Somehow that annoying log-in screen when Windows starts up has reappeared. It's the one where it asks for your user name and password. I'd rather have the PC just bootup and not have to click "OK" on the login screen. I know there's a way to disable this little demon. Can someone help?

Obtain and install the Windows XP version of TweakUI

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Open TweakUI (it's in Start -> Programs -> Powertoys for Windows XP).

Expand the Logon branch, and click Autologon.

Check the box and apply
