When I boot up it will go to the log on screen. Then you have to select which user to get to the desk top. How do you remove this log on screen so when you boot up it will take you to the desk top?

go into start menu, click on your picture at the top of the screen. A box will open click home in the top left hand corner of the box click on the third arrow down saying change way users log on/off.. UNcheck the box saying use the welcome screen, i dont think you can use a password if you do that though.

If you have more that just you using your computer and you each have your own desktop, you can't get rid of the log on screen.
