The logon screen under XP shows users or account names. Under the account name it shows how many programs are currently running (if any) and if you have any unread e-mails in your inbox. However on my computer it does it only for Outlook Express (OE). As I use Microsoft Outlook (MO) as my default e-mail program I had never any messages how many e-mails are unread until I used OE recently and discovered it. Under internet options MO is selected "default". Does anyone know how to get XP to recognise it at the log on screen?
