Name: Nick R (by Nick Ritchie)
Over the last couple of days I attempted to put my hyjackthis.log file into a post for others to take a look at and give me their opinions on whats contained in the .log file ! Well apprently either we are not allowed to post this .log file or Iam doing something wrong when entering the info contained in this file ? Can someone plaeas tell me why the post I have attempted to post are not being listed ? I apoligize if Iam braking some forum policy !
THank You ,Nick

If you're having a virus/spyware issue, the post should go in the Security/Virus Form. Only AFTER being asked to post the log should you do so.
When actually submitting a Hijack This log, you should receive a dialog that reads something similar to: "it appears you are trying to post a Hijack This log...." At that point it also states not to do so unless specifically asked.
"So won’t you give this man his wings
What a shame
To have to beg you to see
We’re not all the same
What a shame" - Shinedown

Did you not see this warning when you attemped to post? Use the analyzer:
"DO NOT post a HiJackThis log here unless an expert has requested it. Instead, please ask in plain english about what is wrong with your computer. You also may want to look at the automated HiJackThis analyzer by clicking here."
"If my answers frighten you then you should cease asking scary questions" - Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson) in Pulp Fiction

Honestly I did not see any warning the two times I listed my hyjackthis file ? However since that is the rule I will certainly follow it. Iam going to try the hyjackthis.log file analyzer ! Thanks for your instructions and your reply ,its all very helpful !
Take Care Nick
