I want my computer to be able to be locked by any user...(winkey+L, or ctrl+alt+del enter) and have that user able to unlock the computer (regardless of whether they are an administrator or not) BUT i do not want any administrator account to be able to unlock the computer. Only the main administrator account named "Administrator" (brilliant isnt it) should be able to unlock any user account. The other administrator accounts (belonging to the administrator user group) are only able to lock/unlock themselves. How can i do this. I was thinking about somehow.....when the computer is locked, having the user name ghosted and being unable to change it. Please let me know what i can do in the registry or otherwise to make this happen.
