Not if everyone is logging in as local admin accounts assuming d: is a local disk.
You can encrypt your data but then you can also lose all access to your data because of encryption and losing the encryption key.

I have heard about third party programs that may accomplish what you desire but haven't worked with any myself.

As wanderer said... are you and the other users logging in with Admin privileges?

If your drives are using NTFS filesystem then you have a couple choices before you install new software.

1. User access control.
Use the permissions tab to set what users have access to a drive/folder/partition.

2. Use EFS to encrypt your files on your drive/folder/partition.
