Anyone know how to let teachers lock and unlock access to web surfing during class - instantly.

Either you can change the settings on your router, or if you don't HAVE a router, or don't have access to it, you need to get cybersitter, netnanny or norton internet security.

I believe all of these have the options your talking about.

for just one computer. I need to know more infomation, or the advice I give can only be general/vague. How is the internet being accessed? Is it through a router on a network, or is it just one computer with a modem?

A classroom around 30 machine.

It's through a ISA proxy server, through CISCO router on a network!
