Hello to all.
Does anyone know how to sniff out machines where users have admin rights to their machienes? For example, I have a network with over 100 users and I need to locate the machines that have the user id's in the admin groups. If you know how or know of a tool I will gladly appreciate it.
Thanks in advance...

Just got a new T1 line installed. Got 15 pc's on the domain, Server running DHCP, disabled DHCP on Netopia router. How do I setup server to access internet through Netopia router. Router has a public

If you are on a domain your domain server controls the permissions of the users on its network.

Yes it does.
But I want to check for user id's on the local pc. I want to make sure that the users are not part of the admin group to their pc.

well lets see, in the first post he said 100 users....i would assume that each user has their own computer...so 100+ am I right? also I dont know of a way to check local admin rights automatically, but you can connect to each pc over the network and check local users and groups so that you dont have to go around to each computer but its still time consuming. hope that helps.

you can also always google it.

I know how to check on each pc from my pc through pc manager...I was hoping that theres a tool that I can use to check for me so that I don't need to connect to each pc..if there's a tool that can do this, does anyone know the name of it???

Thanks
