I have a printout of mac address's with specific software on it. I need to locate these workstations but this is all the info I have.
Is there any way to locate a workstation IP from a mac address on a local network?

A quick way to look them up is to login to the router and view the attached devices. It will give you a listing of the computer names, mac addresses, ipaddresses.
Another thing that I know of is to just go to the workstations, go to the command prompt, and type ipconfig /all
This will display the mac address of the machine.
Hope that helps.

There are way to get the IP from the MAC address.
first option go to the server. start run cmd arp -a
Look at the table for the MAC address you are looking for.
second option I have used this before and it worked well.
