Can you open the Local USers and Groups, some how on XP HOme.

You can't becasue there isn't any to open. Users and groups only applies to XP Professional.

On XP Home you have three classes of users. Administrator, Users and Guest and that's you lot.

right click on my computer and click manage its in there but you wont have domain controls such as AD but you can always use a workgroup

What it was more i wanted the Local Users And Groups for was to change the profile path.
