Hello,

How can I set different security policies for diffrent users. I tried with gpedit.msc but the new settings apply to all users.

Only way to do it is to have a network domain. That's what they're built for. If you only have a single machine you can only affect all users on that machine (unless you have a domain with GPOs)...
