When i run net diagonis it tells me my disk c is 6% low i run disk cleanup and defrag and it tells me i do not need to defrag and there are no files to clean up -don`t understand

Drive space really has nothing to do with defrag or disk cleanup.
Your drive may not need to be defragged. Your disk may not need to be cleaned up. But your hard drive is getting full. Sounds like you only have 6% free. If it gets low, you just need to free up some space somehow...deleting programs you don't use often, buying a new hard drive, etc.
