Hi,
My system seems to always get locked at loading personal settings at the login screen, after about fifteen minutes it will load windows, but all I can see is my desktop wallpaper, and my mouse cursor. I can move the mouse around, but no right clicking, no desktop icons, no toolbars, no start menu, nothing. I can get in with safe mode but I dont really know were to start! Virus scanner does not seem to respond in safe mode. Any suggestions? PS...I am the only user of this computer, and I am signing in as administrator.
