I am having alot of trouble installing the cims living large. When i try to install a message comes up saying erroe extracting support files:server execution failed and the remote procedure call failed. Also where can I download directX7a, I tried the microsoft website but it wasnt there.

You don't want Direct X 7. They're up to 8 now I believe. Just do a search for it on Microsoft.com

Regarding the actual problem, do you have sufficient privilleges to install it on the computer? That can cause the error.
Also, MS is up to Direct X 8.1. Got lazy in my last post and didn't give you the link. This will take you directly do the download page: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/directx/downloads/drx81.asp
