I found it in my processes list and under c:\program files\vcom\dialers, im afraid of just straight out deleting it, but ad aware & spybot dont ppick it up, though i removed the startup entry with hijackthis is still runs after reboot..any ideas of how to remove it? adaware & spybot are updated

If you just delete it nothing will happen.

Most of those dialers are a single item program and deleting them is all there is.

just delete it. The above posting is right about most dialers but there are a few pain in the butt dialers too. There maybe a BHO IE helper attached to it and you keep missing it. besure to look for it in the hijack tis files and fix it too.
