Hi
I'm from Belgium and i've got a new PC Packard Bell with XP.
can somebodyhelp me please??
Thank you.
I always have the following messages (Activsurf):

"Application défaillante liteinst.exe, version 6.1.0.145, module failed liteinst.exe, version 6.1.0.145, adresse of failure 0x0000d6a9"
and
"Application fails backweb-4448364.exe, version 0.0.0.0, module failed msvcrt.dll, version 7.0.2600.0, adress of failure 0x00033730"

The instruction at "0x0040d6a9" is using the memory adress "0x00000000". The memory cannot be "read".
