Hello,
I got a wireless router 4-port switch (Linksys) and I installed three computers to it, two PCs and one laptop with a build-in wireless card (Toshiba laptop).
Only one of the PCs and the laptop are working fine and accessing the router and the internet, however, the other PC is not accessing the router/internet.
The two lights from the router are on, one corresponding to each PC, however, one of the lights is blinking (the PC that accesse the internet) and the other is not blinking (from the PC that is not accessing the internet). How can only one PC and the laptop (wiressless) are accessing the internet? Can someone help me?Raul Eduardo

Are you using DHCP? If so double check that that the comp(the one not accessing internet) is set to Obtain IP Automaticaly. If that does not work, check the cable connecting it to the router, and also check that the NIC is working properly. Maybe try a driver update for that NIC.
Was this computer part of a network before?

Are the other pc's wireless or wired, if wired, check the ports the pc's are connected to, and make sure none is connected to the uplink port.

Hello Roberto,The two PCs are wired and were functioing perfectly before I installed the wireless router.
after I installed the wireless router, I disconnected and installed back the original router and both of the computers worked again fine and could access the internet perfectly.Any other suggestions?

Hello Scott,This computer that is not accessing the internet when I installed the router (wireless) was originally conected just to a wired router and both computers worked just fine.
I'm assuming that the NIC and the cable, for the computer with problems, are ok because it works fine when the wired router is connected.
Any other suggestions?
Raul Eduardo
